Training Unit

This unit works in two directions as follows:

 

A – Vocational Training:

Refugees, male and female, age group (18-59 years) benefit from this unit to increase their abilities and their knowledge in professional fields to enable them enter the labor market so that they become self dependent. Thisactivity is integrated with the unit of Advocacy and Coordination to coordinate for practical application t in a number of workshops running in the same area (for example: mechanics of cars, electric cars, … etc.)After completing the application program, Advocacy and Coordination unit takes the responsibility of searching for job opportunities for them either at the same workshops in which they took training or in other workshops.In this connection, a number of courses for a number of refugees were set up (such as hairdressing courses, sewing and embroidery courses, courses in food industry, incense) to provide them with skills products improvement.

 

B – Technical Training (Providing skills)

Female refugees, age group (18-59 years) get loans to establish small businesses, and integrates the work of the unit with the lending unit to accomplish the work by training them in “how to establish a business” .After that, they can apply for getting a loan.The training unit provides advanced courses for females who want to develop their existing projects in the areas of the accounting , bookkeeping and satisfying the wishes of the customer. After finishing the training course, they are allowed to take second under the condition the first loan payment.
