- In 2004, the association implemented a capacity-building program for leaders in the women’s associations working in the governorates of Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa with support and funding from the Rural Development Project in the southern governorates that follows the World Bank.

- The success of women’s enterprise development project conducted by the Association at the Development Marketplace competition organized by the World Bank Office in Sana’a in 2004 Provided us with the opportunity to achieve a number of activities as follows:

- Conduct field surveys to inventory and determine the women’s small enterprises in the governorate of Aden

.• Execution of the program of field visits for the diagnosis and the reality of these facilities

.• Analyze and evaluate information and identify opportunities and needs.

• Develop scenarios for the development of the work of these facilities.

• Implementation of a number of training courses, lessons and advice

.•An exhibition of marketing women’s products.

- Follow-up sessions for the trainees leaders of small projects.

- Holding counseling sessions for graduates of its training programs in the field of enterprise establishment.
